Mrs. Bailey's Classroom
Welcome to Kindergarten!!
My name is Mrs. Bailey and I'm so excited to join the Doak family this year.
This is my 4th year in education but first year at Doak. I have taught 3rd grade for 3 years and have my bachelors degree in early childhood education.
I am from Georgia originally but moved to TN with my husband Dustin in December of 2019 after we got married in June. Dustin was born and raised here and is glad to be back home, and I'm proud to call Greeneville home now as well.
We love Tennessee football!! Dustin went to UT and was in the band. So while I did grow up a Georgia Bulldogs girl, my heart quickly changed to orange and white for the Vols! We also have a 18 month Golden Retriever named Jack who has been a joy in our lives and is the best furry companion. I also enjoy running after school, reading for free time, as well as a good cup of coffee (or iced coffee).
I love teaching and I wouldn't want any other job. It is a gift and a joy to help kids grow and learn.
